2. Rates

The rates listed in our website are extremely competitive. All of the prices indicated in this booking portal include VAT. 3. Free of charge for consumers Unless otherwise specified, our service is free of charge for consumers as we will not charge any additional cost or fees to the rate. You will pay to he Provider the indicated amount of reservation (plus - insofar not included in the price – relevant applicable taxes, and fees (if applicable)).

5. Prepayment, Cancellation, No-shows

By making a Reservation, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the Provider that may apply to your reservation . The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Provider is made available on our Platform on the Provider information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable). 6. Exclusion of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Barcellona P.G. , Italy.
