- Charming boutique hotel
Staying on the island of Lipari, one of the Aeolian Islands was a highlight of our tour to Sicily. The hotel Tritone is situated on a slop just outside the main town but within easy walking distance of the quaint interesting shops and the harbour. Our very comfortable room with an excellent en-suite had a balcony at the side of the hotel, from which we could see the sea and other beautiful villas on the slopes. All villas have to be painted white, to the correct style and are enchanting. The hotel has a pool and a terrace where one can lounge if so desired. The breakfast buffet was better than many of the larger hotels in Sicily and the staff were very accommodating and charming. Lipari is a beautiful island with lovely gardens and historic sites as well. I could have spent far more time than three nights there. A very relaxing hotel.
- Lovely hotel
My husband and I stayed in hotel tritone for four nights on our honeymoon and loved it. The room was very clean and we loved the spring fed pool. While it is a ten minute uphill walk from town, we enjoyed being outside of town as we enjoy a slow pace when we travel. We were definitely the only guests under 50 at the hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice for dinner and the food was delicious! Definitely comparable to the restaurants in town. They also arranged for a free shuttle to the port on the day we were leaving. All in all, a great stay!
- Enchanting Boutique Hotel with beautiful grounds & view
Our room was ground level by the pool. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and substantial. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was delicious offering very good fresh seafood and pastas. The staff was impeccable, awaiting your every need. I'll definitely stay here again!
- Lovely spring fed pool
Nice room with balcony and view over a lovely blue sea, pool and mountain. Good breakfast. Staff were helpful. 10 minute walk into centre where there were lots of bars and restaurants. Quiet room. The pool is very clean and spring fed with lots of Jacuzzis.
- Highly professional wait staff, delicious food
This hotel is very nice and very clean. The maid cleans twice per day. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean and relaxing. What really struck me about this hotel is how professional and organized the wait staff was and the exceptional quality and flavor of the food.
