Hotel description

Oltremare” is a new Hotel Residence with a 4 star rating, located in the renowned bathing area of Canneto, 3 Km from the historic centre of Lipari and reachable by bus. The residence, situated at the end of the bay overlooking the entire inhabited centre, benefits from one of the best views of Lipari. The Hotel residential complex “Oltremare” was built in compliance with the best ancient Aeolian architectural tradition: the typical “pulera” and the external balconies, not least, the white pumice-stone colour of the facade and the ancient local tiles that can be seen along the ternal paths, are, in fact, a distinctive characteristic of the complex. The Complex is composed of fifteen accommodation units, a hall for the reception of guests with an annexed corner bar and a reading or meeting room which is always available. Apart from the external communal areas, there is also a terrace in front of the sea, where a buffet breakfast is served and where, at sunset, it is possible to enjoy a good aperitif, observing…across the sea…the magic of the different shades of sky and sea, which seem to merge. Internal paths, are, in fact, a distinctive characteristic of the complex.
