The Nacatuli are puff pastry of flour, eggs and lard, filled with a sweet mixture of almonds, sugar, cinnamon and mandarin. They are flavoured with Malvasia, handmade and baked in the oven, are excellent after a meal, combined with a meditation wine, such as Malvasia or Zibibbo. It 's a typical Aeolian sweet tied to the Christmas tradition. Ingredients: For the filling: almonds, sugar, cinnamon, mandarin .For the puff pastry: flour, sugar, eggs, lard, malvasia.
