The Church of S. Lorenzo is dedicated to the Patron Saint of Malfa, the annual celebration takes place on 10 August. The first church was built in 1773 and then changed over the centuries, the last restoration was made in 1933 following an earthquake that destroyed it. The Holy cult was brought in 1100 by some families from Amalfi, who moving there, gave the name to the current village of Malfa |
